Have you been thinking about living in Belmont MA?  It is a good idea if you're one to get excited about the prospect of leaving your car behind each day as you board the train into North Station. And maybe you like the idea of spending a warm summer afternoon at the Town Pool instead of driving the family to the Cape for some hot weather relief! Belmont has some beautiful conservation land and nature paths to walk, great shops lining the town center as well as the area around Cushing Square and is home to Rancatore's Ice Cream...

No wonder you're considering a move to Belmont and no wonder that pending sales were strong this past week!

What do the above numbers mean? If you are a regular viewer of "Week in Review" the Boston and Metro West under agreement numbers remain relatively consistent week to week...Boston jumps up/down by 10% - 25% week to week.  One or two towns in Metro West will jump up/down by 3 - 10 properties week to week.  This is all good news for the above towns and cities.
