This November the pending sales numbers in the Greater Boston Area real estate market went down from those in October. The market numbers reflect low property inventory for the month and the "quiet" holiday week.
Buyer demand still appears high in most of our Greater Boston communities, but new property supply is needed to fill the demand! An age old problem in real estate and the Boston area.
