It's mid-January and it's cold, gray and snowy. The department stores are filled with discounted merchandise left unpurchased during the holiday season and not looking particularly fresh, shiny or new! Unfortunately, the same can be said of some of the current housing inventory. While we may see several sales in January of 2015, it is likely that there will be many homes still left "on the shelf".
